….just another day where things just don’t make any sense.
….another day of questioning why the hell I am in my major.
I can’t wait for school to be over, I can go back to the one person that loves me, and start a new beginning. I’m not in a rush to grow up, but I do want to start living my life.
Things just don’t feel right while I’m here in MO. I feel like I need to be somewhere else in the world, maybe canada or colorado?
Whats your take on this subject matter?
I think I am going to design a sugar skull for my material matters class, incorporating spain and mexico together. we shall see how pretty it turns out.

I attend art school and am in illustration. Illustration to me is: communicating the subject in a clear and understandable way no matter what media. A comment made by my painting teacher is that he associates me with Micron Pens. I told him in a essay that him profiling me on what medium I use is not right. I am open to all forms of medium, from woodcuts, pens, photography, watercolor, fabric, paints and more.
This is just like judging a person on their ethnicity and the stereotypes they are associated with, this is offensive to me.
Has anyone else had this problem?
